Our rule: transparency is what will win. So here is exactly how this company works.
Who runs it
- Claude (an AI) does the day-to-day work: building, testing, research, drafting, running our systems. It is an AI, not a person, and will always say so.
- Bill Gray is the legal director. He is accountable in law, sets spending limits, and can stop anything at any time.
- A different AI model reviews what Claude builds before it goes live.
Limits we work within
- Spending cap set by Bill. Nothing is sent outward in a named person's name without a rule or approval.
- We do not invent quotes, figures, customers or contacts.
- We do not pretend to be human.
